Experience the methodology

Grade up to 5 roles.
Live.

The fastest way to understand Engage is not to read about it. It is to see it applied to your organisation. Book a session and we will evaluate a sample of your roles using the methodology, live, in context, with your structure.

An Engage working session

What happens in the session

This is not a generic presentation. It is a practical working session designed to give you a real view of how Engage works before any commitment is made.

1
We review your rolesA small sample of roles from your organisation, titles, reporting structure, and context. That is all we need to get started.
2
We apply the Engage framework liveEach role is evaluated across the five grids (Technical, Managerial, Persuasive, Control, and Impact) with the logic explained at every step.
3
We show you how decisions are madeNo black box. Every judgement is visible. You will see exactly how the committee-based logic works in practice.
4
We translate outputs into gradesYou see how the evaluation converts into grading outcomes, and how those can align to your existing structure or a new one.
5
We discuss fit and next stepsAt the end of the session you will have a clear view of whether Engage is the right model for your organisation, and what a full implementation could look like.

Common questions about the session

Is this session free? +
Yes. The proof-of-concept session is offered to qualified organisations at no cost. It is designed to help you assess whether the Engage methodology is the right fit before making any commitment.
How long does the session take? +
Typically between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the number of roles and the depth of discussion. We will confirm the exact format when we follow up on your booking.
Do we need full job descriptions to participate? +
No. Job descriptions can be useful as a reference, but they are not required for the session. Engage is designed to work with direct role knowledge and structured discussion. A basic sense of the roles and reporting structure is enough to get started.
Who should attend from our side? +
Ideally someone with a good understanding of your organisation's structure and roles, typically an HR Director, Head of Reward, or equivalent. Having a business leader present can also be valuable if you want to test how the methodology reads across different role types.
What happens after the session? +
We will follow up with a summary of what was discussed and three options for how to proceed, licence only, full implementation support, or a hybrid model. There is no obligation to move forward, but if the session has been useful, the next step is usually a follow-up conversation to scope the right approach for your organisation.
